Huge outdoor transformation for the Dock Museum, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria

The beloved museum has undergone extensive work including landscaping works, interpretation and the conservation of Herbert Leigh! Mature pines have been planted and turf laid, with the revamped site now open to the public.

The project was funded with a grant of £120,000.00 from FCC Communities Foundation and is a fitting way to celebrate the 25th birthday of the facility.

The pictures below show the site before and after the work was completed, what a fantastic transformation!
