New Play Area opens

Children in Scawsby, Doncaster are overjoyed with their new Play Park thanks to a £74,904 grant from FCC Communities Foundation.

The money has been used to renew the existing Play Park with new challenging and interesting play equipment for a wide range of ages and abilities, including children with disabilities.

The project was put together by Brodsworth Parish Council after months of consultation with the local community. The work started in February 2023 and completed in March 2023.

The project has created a vibrant, safe and accessible space for children to play and families and carers to meet.
