Changes to Our Grant Management System

We are updating our grant management software, which means there will be some changes to how you access our application portal.
If you have already submitted an application to the FCC Community Action Fund, FCC Scottish Action Fund, or SWS Community Action Fund, your submission will continue to be processed in our existing system for the time being. We will contact you when your project is ready to be moved to the new portal, but this is unlikely to happen for another three to four months.
If you have an approved grant and are currently working with us to issue your Funding Agreement, or if you are managing an active grant, we will also let you know in due course when your grant will transfer to the new portal and what steps you will need to take. Until then, you should continue to submit claims and reports through the Grant Tracker system as usual.
All new funding rounds will open in our new grant management portal. The 2026‑2 funding round will now open on 4 March 2026, rather than 25 February 2026. This short delay will allow us to finalise the new portal and application form, and to update and issue the accompanying guidance.
